You are welcome to collect from the Ravenhall workshop, or we can deliver. Most orders go direct to you — home, work or your stylist — rather than to the venue, so you can check everything before the day. We can deliver to a venue instead if you would rather. We ship across Melbourne and regional Victoria and freight interstate to Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and the Gold Coast. Transit sits on top of the 2 to 3 business day dispatch window: next business day to Melbourne on express, 1 to 3 business days to Sydney and Adelaide, 3 to 5 to Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and 4 to 6 to Perth. Air freight is available if the date is tight, at a higher cost.
Print-ready artwork is a PDF with fonts outlined, images at 150 dpi or better at final size, and 3mm bleed. If all you have is a photo, a screenshot or a Pinterest save, send it anyway — most of our jobs start that way and we redraw from scratch.
