Light, waterproof and cheap enough to order in quantity — corflute is the board for signs that need to go outside, get moved around, and survive the day.
Corflute — also sold as fluteboard or corrugated plastic — is a twin-walled plastic sheet with hollow channels running through it, a bit like cardboard but made of plastic. That structure is what makes it light and stiff at the same time, and because it is plastic it does not go soft in the rain the way cardboard does.
They solve different problems, and picking the wrong one is the most common way to waste money on signs.
Tell us where the sign is going and how long it needs to last, and we will tell you which board it should be on.
We print corflute up to 1.2m × 2.4m as a single panel and cut it to any outline — arrows, rounded corners, logo shapes. Tell us how each sign is going up — staked into grass, cable-tied to a fence, or fixed to a wall — and we finish it to suit. Sets of numbered or individually worded signs are printed with variable data, so twenty different directional signs is one job, not twenty.
Corflute is priced by size and quantity, and the per-sign cost drops sharply as the run grows. Send the size, the quantity, and whether it is one design or several, and we will quote it exactly.
