How we work with agencies

• White-label by default. It ships as your work. Your name, never ours, unless you ask.
• We never contact your client. Questions, proofs and invoices come to you. If you want us in a meeting with the brand, invite us; otherwise we stay behind the curtain.
• Confidential by default. We don't post agency work, and embargoed launches stay off our Instagram and website unless you tell us otherwise. If your client needs an NDA, we will sign one.
• Your client owns what they buy. No restrictions on reuse, resale or moving it to the next event.
• One point of contact. A person who knows the job, not a ticket queue — which matters most at 4pm the day before bump-in.
• One building. Artwork, print, cutting, fabrication and finishing happen at our Ravenhall workshop. Nothing is brokered, so there is no second supplier to chase when a date moves.

Built to your client's brand guidelines

Send the brand guidelines and Pantone references with the brief. We proof every job before it prints, and we will tell you up front where a colour will shift between substrates — the same red reads differently on fabric, vinyl and acrylic — so it is a conversation at proof stage, not a surprise on site. When the backdrop, the floor and the props all come off the same floor, they match each other.

From brief to bump-in

1. Brief — dates including bump-in, the space, the concept or deck, and a budget band. The more we know, the more useful the first quote is.
2. Quote and options — where a cheaper material does the same job on camera, we will say so.
3. Proof — nothing prints until you approve it.
4. Production — 2 to 3 business days to dispatch for print; builds and fabrication are scheduled to your date. Same day is available on print-ready artwork approved before 1pm.
5. Delivery and install — to you, your client or the venue. Installation is available across Melbourne and can be arranged interstate, quoted separately.

National campaigns from one supplier

For launches and activations running in several cities, everything is printed in Melbourne and freighted, so the colour and finish are identical in every market. Transit sits on top of the 2 to 3 business day dispatch window: next business day across Melbourne on express, 1 to 3 business days to Sydney and Adelaide, 3 to 5 to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Canberra, and 4 to 6 to Perth. Air freight is available when the window is tight.
