What floor decals cost

A 2m × 2m floor decal starts from around $300 inc GST. Price moves with area and with the floor type, because some surfaces need a different adhesive to lift cleanly afterwards. Tell us the size and what the floor is made of and we will price it properly rather than guess.

Floor stickers for events, retail and offices

Floor decals and floor stickers are the same thing: a printed adhesive graphic applied straight onto the floor. What changes is the job they do.

Removable or longer-term

For an event, you want a decal that holds all night and then lifts cleanly without leaving residue. For a retail or office floor, you want one that survives weeks of foot traffic and cleaning. Those are different adhesives, and the floor surface matters as much as the duration — polished concrete, timber, vinyl and tiles all behave differently. Tell us the surface and how long it needs to stay down and we will match the material to it.

Shapes and sizes

Every floor decal is cut to shape in-house: circles, arrows, logos, monograms, footprints, or any outline in your artwork. Small markers and large statement pieces are both normal jobs. When the graphic needs to cover most of a floor rather than sit on it, that is a floor wrap, which is printed and laid differently.

Getting them to stick

Most floor decal problems are preparation problems. Apply onto a floor that is clean, dry and free of dust, and not straight after it has been mopped, sealed or polished. Smooth from the centre outwards so air is pushed to the edges. If you would rather not do it yourself, installation is available across Melbourne, quoted separately on top of the job.
