A wedding seating chart is a printed display that lists your guests and their assigned tables, helping everyone find their seat quickly as they arrive.

Whether you have six tables or sixty, we set out names and tables so they are easy to read at a glance, and we handle late changes to your list right up to print. Send us your final guest list in a spreadsheet or document and we take care of the layout.
We can print your seating chart to match your welcome sign, place cards and menus, so every printed piece uses the same fonts, colours and shapes.

Seating charts generally run from $100 to $500, driven by size and material more than by guest count. The size we print most often is 1m × 2m — it holds a long guest list without the type shrinking to the point people have to lean in.
We can print up to 1.2m × 2.4m as a single panel. Beyond that we split the chart across panels, which is not a compromise: two panels are easier to transport, easier to set up, and let you run alphabetical ranges side by side so a queue moves faster. Send your guest count and we will advise the size rather than let you guess.
Send your date and rough guest count and we'll price it.
