Branding a venue is not one big sign. It is twenty smaller decisions, from the car park to the stage, that make a hired room look like it belongs to your brand for a day.

The easiest way to plan it is to walk the route a guest takes, and decide what they should see at each point.
Sponsors want to see their logo where the cameras are. Agree the tiers early — who appears on the media wall, the stage backdrop, the lectern and the pull-ups — because logos arrive late and in the wrong format more than anything else. Send the sponsor logos as vector files and we will check every one before it goes on a proof.
Most venues restrict what can be fixed to walls, ceilings and floors, and many set bump-in times and require freestanding signage. Read the venue's event manual or ask your venue coordinator before the design is final — it decides whether a backdrop needs its own frame, whether hanging signs are allowed, and which floor graphics can be used. Send it to us and we will work to it.
For annual conferences and recurring events, the expensive pieces — frames, media walls, counters — can be designed without the date so they come back every year, with the year-specific details on cheaper pieces you reprint. Tell us if the event recurs and we will plan for it.
Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 business days to dispatch from artwork approval. Work back from bump-in rather than the event date, and leave time for sponsor logos to arrive. Transit sits on top of the 2 to 3 business day dispatch window: next business day across Melbourne on express, 1 to 3 business days to Sydney and Adelaide, 3 to 5 to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Canberra, and 4 to 6 to Perth. Installation is available across Melbourne and can be arranged interstate, quoted separately.
