A menu is the one piece of stationery every guest actually reads. Printed on the same stock and in the same typeface as your invitations, it is also what makes a table look finished.

Setting menus are usually printed at DL (99 × 210mm), a long, narrow card that sits neatly on a plate, or A5 (148 × 210mm) when there is more to fit. Table menus run A5 or A4. Menu signs are sized like welcome signs, commonly A1 or A0 on an easel. We cut custom sizes and shapes, including arched tops, where the table styling calls for it.
We print with variable data, so each menu can carry a different guest name at the top. That lets a personalised menu double as the place card, which saves a piece of stationery on every setting. A hundred and fifty different names is one print job, not a hundred and fifty, and a late change to the guest list is a text edit rather than a reprint.
Because your invitations, place cards, table numbers and signage are printed on the same floor, the menu can share their stock, colours and typeface exactly. We also print white ink onto dark and coloured card, which is how you get a black or deep green menu with crisp white type without moving to foil.
Caterers often confirm the final menu late, and dietary requirements keep arriving until the week of the wedding. Because standard turnaround is 2 to 3 business days to dispatch from artwork approval, you can wait for the final menu rather than printing early and reprinting. Aim to approve the proof about two weeks out and nothing is rushed. If you are already inside that, same day printing is available on artwork approved before 1pm.
Menus are priced on quantity, size and stock, and the per-card price falls as the quantity grows. As a reference point, place cards on standard stock start from about $0.10 each inc GST. Send your guest count and the style you want and we will quote menus and the rest of your on-the-day stationery together.
